ABOUT THE PARK

The park is a gated community with homes nestled around several communal parks. The homes in this community share the traditional Craftsman Style design. The continuity of a time-honored American style helps create a distinct neighborhood with character and quality that protects the value of the homes located here.

The Park has helped usher a new era of development starting with a park called the commons. Updates include a renovated gazebo, new children's playground, and picnic pavilion. These new features at The Commons establish this park as the family gathering center. The pickleball court will bring neighbors together to enjoy this new national pastime.

Our original gazebo was updated and elevated to give a unique view of The Commons. The newly renovated gazebo will provide people a place to share conversations and special moments. 

​

The children's playground includes a swing set, jungle gym, and tether ball court. Fun shouldn't be limited to the little ones, so we plan on adding family-oriented games and fields to allow a variety of activities. 

​

A newly designed 25'x25' hip-roofed, open-air pavilion is being constructed with the addition of outdoor grilling stations for panics and family gatherings. Weather will not be a limiting factor because the pavilion will cover the picnic area.

The hedges and gates enclosing The Commons will reserve use for residents of The Park and their guest only.

​

A one mile walking path around the perimeter of The Park will give residents the opportunity to exercise and enjoy the environment. To allow for more dynamic exercise than merely walking or running, residents will be able to find two separate exercise stations for stretching and strengthening. 

The larger park is referred to as The Grand Park  and will be surrounded by oak trees, giving The Grand Park the look and feel found in parks of days past. The open center will be left to the imagination of the residents of The Park to enjoy at their leisure.

Of course enjoyable features like these require a maintenance fee. Even with all these features, The Park still only has monthly HOA of $85.00, a fraction of communities with comparable amenities.
